The Market Segmentation Workshop

Workshops are highly interactive, taking place over the course of an actual segmentation study for your organization. A workshop begins with a one to two-day orientation to marketing, where theory and principles, and methods and techniques appropriate to your organization are explored. The rest of the workshop incorporates an actual segmentation study, to be used in marketing your products or services. Typically involved with your marketing and brand teams, we would use a training meeting to show which methods and processes could be used, and then return to workshop mode to help you select which ones to use. The team would carry out the segmentation study, with training meetings interspersed with project meetings throughout the rest of the study. We teach your staff how to search out best practices, so that your marketing efforts can stay abreast of market segmentation developments. Before each conclusion is reached, possible decisions are explored in a training meeting, to increase the breadth of the training while still focusing on the outcome.
